Fresh French Fries Production Line Sold to Argentina

We recently finalized a partnership with a client from Argentina for a fresh french fries production line project. When we first received the inquiry, the client already had a clearly defined plan for their production requirements. Unlike traditional french fries production, the client aimed to produce fresh fries—primarily for local foodservice channels and food retailers—and therefore had specific requirements regarding the processing workflow and equipment configuration.

The client first outlined their production capacity requirements, specifying that the entire production line should achieve a processing capacity of 500 kg/h. At the same time, the client detailed the desired processing workflow:

Washing and peeling → Elevating/conveying → Cutting → Removing short pieces → Washing → Dewatering → Packaging

During discussions, the client emphasized that they produce fresh fries rather than traditional deep-fried ones. Consequently, the production process eliminates the need for blanching, frying, and flash-freezing. This distinction is critical to the production line design, as fresh fries require a focus on preserving the potato’s freshness, color stability, and texture; ensuring the quality of the final product relies on effective washing, cutting, starch removal, and dewatering processes.

Upon receiving the requirements from the Argentine client, we promptly assembled a team of engineers to analyze the proposed solution. Taking into account the client’s production capacity targets, product positioning, and processing workflow requirements, our engineers designed a tailored production line that ensures seamless integration between stages while meeting the demands of continuous production.

Throughout the proposal finalization process, we focused not only on equipment capacity but also on optimizing details such as equipment layout, production workflows, and operational ease-of-use to align with the client’s actual business needs. The client highly appreciated our professional approach and rapid response, leading to a successful partnership.

This project involving a fresh french fries production line for an Argentine client is a prime example of a collaboration centered on a customized design tailored to the client’s specific needs. Unlike the sale of standardized equipment, we consistently deliver comprehensive solutions based on the client’s product type, market positioning, and production goals.Moving forward, this production line will enable the Argentine client to efficiently transform fresh potatoes into commercial products, boost production efficiency, and further expand their presence in the local market. We remain committed to providing ongoing technical support and equipment services to ensure the client’s long-term, stable operations.
