In New Caledonia, a customer, seeking to expand their food processing business, purchased our 200kg/h potato chip making machine to build a new potato chip processing plant. This was their first foray into potato chip processing, so they placed high demands on equipment selection, plant design, and production process planning.

During initial discussions, the client outlined clear objectives for production equipment performance, sanitary conditions, and overall factory layout. Our team developed a detailed solution to these requirements, not only rationally configuring the production line but also reconfiguring the overall equipment layout to suit the client’s factory site. This approach fully utilized the limited space while ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
To ensure smooth production for the customer, we dispatched experienced engineers to our New Caledonia factory for on-site installation and commissioning. Following installation, the engineers provided the customer team with comprehensive operational training covering equipment operation, process control, and routine maintenance, ensuring the customer could independently and smoothly master the entire production line.
Currently, this 200kg/h potato chip making machine is operating stably at the customer’s factory. Thanks to our professional support and services, the customer not only successfully commissioned the potato chip processing plant but also laid a solid foundation for subsequent capacity expansion and market expansion.
